There is a book out which covers much of the same thoughts but from a very different perspective. It teaches the mechanics of how to generate innovative ideas and how to get your organization to be supportive. It is entitled "Innovation for Underdogs" and was written by Pensak and Licorish. A pleasant and informative read...

Thanks so much for the info, Grant! I didn't know about the book, but I looked it up on Amazon and it got great reviews. I'll definitely buy a copy.
