It's interesting to see what they're doing with that revenue: https://www.nytimes.com/2010/08/10/arts/design/10homes.html

Revenue management has done so many wonders to industries that have applied the Operations Research strategy. Look at transportation, airlines, finance industries. Why is it still a mystery to the decision makers in these large organizations? Do they not teach revenue management strategies in MBA programs?
